My name is Catherine Arnett and I am a United States Marine. I consider myself a convert to the Traditional Catholic faith, as of May 2021. 

I opted not to receive the COVID-19 injection when it was mandated for the Armed Services in August/September 2021. I challenged my Marine Corps leadership on the legality of the mandate, the safety and effectiveness of the injections, and moreover I challenged one particular leader in his self-described Roman Catholic faith. 

From September 2021 to January 2023 he enacted massive amounts of retaliation upon me, overseeing discrimination, harassment, abuse, retaliation, ostracization, manipulation, and coercion, ultimately resulting in him signing off on the order to imprison me for almost four months. 

All of this abuse was due to the fact I did not receive the injection, that I refused to separate from the Marine Corps for the charge of not receiving the vaccine, and for asking questions and writing letters to my Commanders demanding they do the correct thing and take a look at this mandate and how it affects National Security. 

The nuances of this story are incredibly troubling and very detailed, but the largest thing I wish for people to know is that my leadership continually took things away from me: my driver's license, my car, my automatic pay, my job, my squadron, my friends and coworkers, and finally my freedom by putting me in jail, which would sever my access to Daily Mass. 

I was incarcerated in a different location (Okinawa, Japan) than where I was stationed in the military (Iwakuni, Japan), and the self-described Roman Catholic Commanding Officer directly overseeing all of this deliberately ensured that I would not have Religious Liberty whilst incarcerated, specifically that of the Sacrament of the Eucharist. 

Because I am going public with this information, which is necessary to expose the evil workings of my own leadership and the Armed Forces at large in face of this unlawful vaccination mandate, I will soon be facing (even more) defamation and character vilification by the Marine Corps and the Department of Defense. 

As I was handcuffed and put in the back of a Marine Corps police car at 4am on June 24, 2023 and released at a gas station with hardly anything but the uniform on my back and nothing to my name, I have largely been on my own and left to fend for myself and scramble in the wake of being unceremoniously "released" from the Marine Corps. 

I say "released" because the Marine Corps, Department of Defense, Pentagon, and Senate and Congress are all intimately and incredibly aware of who I am and my plight, and refuse to help, and they know I will never consider myself legally or properly severed from Active Duty as I have continually asserted to my leadership, time and time again. 

They know I am still fighting their Unconventional Legal Warfare with my own Unconventional Legal Warfare to respond to theirs. 

I appeal to the LifeSite audience and state that these funds will be used to invest in personal security, in legal fees I may accrue via consultation with lawyers, in travel necessary to obtain documents and participate in necessary conversations and events with friendly forces, and for any other necessary miscellaneous items needed to get by, as all of my belongings are still located in Iwakuni, Japan, overseas, since I was arrested and flown out of my home duty station with no appropriate due process.
