The first six defendants were all found "guilty" of all charges in
the Nashville case.
Rescuers Paul Vaughn, Chet Gallagher, Coleman Boyd, Denny Green, Heather Idoni, and Cal Zastrow have their sentencing hearings July 2 and 3, 2024. They each could get eleven years in federal prison, plus hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines to pay the federal government.
Their response?
"Worthy is the Lamb of God!"
The remaining defendants, Rescuers Paul Place, Eva Edl, Eva Zastrow, James
Zastrow, will be on trial together on their misdemeanor charge the first week
of April.
After sentencing in July, then the appeal can be filed and fought. The
attorneys from the Thomas More Society will be leading the appeal.
The mirror felony trial starts in federal court in Detroit April 11.
