Services
The Services are made available for users to communicate and network with other users to facilitate online donations ("Donations") by individuals ("Donors"). Charities that have set up a formal relationship with LifeFunder may also set up an account with a partner payment gateway, linking their banking information and thus getting funds directly, cost effectively and expediently from the donor.
Privacy
We believe that every user should know how we utilize the information collected from users. Please note that our Services may contain links to other websites.These linked sites may not be operated or controlled by LifeFunder, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of these or any other websites, and you access these websites entirely at your own risk. LifeFunder recommends that you review the privacy practices of any other websites that you choose to visit.
Your Information
Personal Information You Give Us
We may collect personal information from you in a variety of ways. Personal information is information that can be used to identify you. Personal information may include, without limitation: (a) contact information, such as your name, email address, and physical address; (b) demographic data, such as your ZIP code, age, and income; (c) financial information collected to process donations made via our Services or otherwise, such as credit card, debit card, or other payment information; (d) Mobile Device names or images, and (e) other information collected during the account registration process, including your user name(s) and password(s). If you communicate with us by email or otherwise, complete online forms, or otherwise interact with or use the features included in our Services, we may collect and store any information you provide in such communications. We may also collect information obtained from the Facebook or other social media accounts you use to login to the Site or a Mobile App, such as your public profile (name, profile picture, age range, gender, language, country and other public information), friend list, email address, and relationships. Information We Collect Automatically

Mobile Apps
When you access Mobile Apps on your Mobile Device, LifeFunder may obtain information from your Mobile Provider about the type of Mobile Device you are using. We may use this information to notify you of features and products that may be available on your Mobile Device. Certain features of the Mobile Apps may require our collection of the phone number from your Mobile Device. We may link that phone number to the Mobile Device identification information. Some Mobile Providers use technology that tracks the physical location of Mobile Devices using their service. Depending on your Mobile Provider, we may automatically receive this information. You agree that we may use and store this information to provide location-based services, including location-targeted advertising. You may choose to turn off your Mobile Device location data collection within your Mobile Device’s Location Services settings. However, this may disable our features that use this data.

Disclosure of Information
When We Share Your Personal Information
LifeFunder may make available to Charities reports identifying, where available, your name, address, email, and Donation transaction accounting details.We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you, for example those who assist us with credit card billing, survey administration, technical or customer support, shipping, and email and data analytics. Unless we tell you differently, they do not have any right to use the personal information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us.
LifeFunder may disclose personal information at the request of law enforcement or government agencies or in response to subpoenas, court orders or other legal process, to establish, protect or exercise LifeFunder’s legal or other rights or to defend against a legal claim or as otherwise required or allowed by law. Advertisers
We also may allow advertisers ("Advertisers") to choose the users who will see their advertisements or promotional offers. You agree that we may provide any non-personal information we have collected from you to an Advertiser, so that Advertiser may select the appropriate audience for advertisements or offers. For example, we might use the fact you are located in San Francisco to show you ads for San Francisco businesses or information regarding San Francisco charities, but we will not tell such businesses or charities who you are.
In addition, if you have not opted out of our targeted advertising, you agree that we may share your personal information with Advertisers in order to deliver specific targeted advertising or offers to you ("Targeted Advertising"). However, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and LifeFunder cannot guarantee that the information submitted to, maintained on or transmitted from its systems will be completely secure. LifeFunder is not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures relating to our Services by any users or third parties.
Correcting, Updating, Accessing, or Removing Personal Information
If your personal information changes, orif you no longer want to receive information from LifeFunder beyond information related to our Services, you can correct, update or remove your previously-provided personal information. This can be done by emailing a request to us at support@lifesitenews.com. You may also request access to personal information collected by us by sending a request to us at support@lifesitenews.com. In certain circumstances, we may not be able to completely remove your information from our systems. For example, we may retain a your personal information for legitimate business purposes, Charity requirements, if it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, for account recovery purposes, if required by law, or as retained in LifeFunder’s data backup systems or cached or archived pages. All retained personal information will continue to be subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy to which you have previously agreed.
Your California Privacy Rights
California law permits users that are residents of California to request the following information regarding our disclosure of your personal information to third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes: (i) a list of certain categories of personal information that we have disclosed to certain third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, (ii) the identity of certain third parties that received personal information from us for their direct marketing purposes during that calendar year, and (iii) examples of the products or services marketed (if we have that information). No Children Without Consent of Parent
